Char-broiled and served with lettuce, fresh tomato, and onion on a Kaiser roll.

Prosciutto Panini

Thick cut grilled garlic bread filled with prosciutto ham, tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, red onion, and fresh pesto then grilled on our panini press.

Southwest Chicken
A fresh boneless breast of chicken seasoned with fajita spice and char-broiled.  Topped with grilled onions & peppers and melted cheddar jack cheese.  Served on a hard roll with salsa .

The Rocky Mount
Sliced roast beef served on a Italian bread with
bacon, lettuce, tomato and our homemade Russian dressing.

Pulled Pork Roll
Fresh pork coated in our own rub, slow roasted and pulled. Tossed with barbeque sauce and served on a grilled ciabatta roll.

Tuna Croissant
Albacore tuna salad served on a large
croissant with lettuce and tomato.

A 10-ounce fillet of broiled fresh salmon.

Apple Pork
Twin center cut fresh pork loin chops char-broiled and topped with Cabot's extra sharp cheddar cheese and served atop chunky cinnamon apple sauce.

Blackened Chicken 'n Crab

Fresh boneless breast of chicken dusted in Cajun spices then blackened.  Topped with Maryland lump crabmeat and steamed broccoli.  Finished with a tangy bearnaise sauce.

Crab Cakes
Our Chef’s own … prepared with back fin crabmeat and sautéed. Complemented by a dill mayonnaise served on the side.

Pasta Primavera
Broccoli, Aussie tomatoes, mushrooms and scallions sauteed in garlic and olive oil; tossed with pasta and finished with grated parmesan cheese.
