  • Certified Flank- $27 (Gluten Free)  Certified Angus Flank Steak char-broiled, sliced thin, and served with a warm salad of aussie tomatoes, cipollini onions and broccoli; tossed in a basil vinaigrette.  Served on a bed of fresh arugula.
  • Chicken Prosciutto -$21 / Lite Entree $15  A boneless breast of chicken seasoned and pan seared topped with vine ripe tomatoes, prosciutto ham, and fresh mozzarella cheese.  Served atop marinara sauce and served with garlic bread.
  • Lobster & Raviolis – $32  Maine Lobster meat sauteed in garlic herb butter with shrimp stock, white wine, artichokes, and peppadews.  Garnished with pine nuts and served with heirloom tomato raviolis.
  • Pork & Stuffing – $17 / Lite Entree $13  Fresh center cut pork loin chops seasoned and char-broiled.  Served with an apple pecan stuffing and topped with an extra sharp cheddar cheese sauce.
  • Sockeye Salmon – $31 / Lite Entree- $20  Wild caught fresh Alaskan Copper River Sockeye Salmon baked with a tangerine coulee and macadamia nut crust.
  • Chicken Portabella  – $22/Lite Entree $16 (Gluten Free) Fresh boneless breast of chicken char-broiled and served on a broiled portabella mushroom.  Topped with caramelized vidalia onions and havarti cheese.  Finished atop a chicken veloute and garnished with crispy neuskes bacon.
